The Green Gringo

The Green Gringo was commissioned (and named) by a local Northern Beaches guitarist. It is a Starcaster-style build with a Bigsby and double humbuckers. It is now spending its days happily gigging around town with its owner, playing blues rock.

Body: Alder – double bound with lightly carved back. Matching alder control access hatches, shaped to fit carved back.
Cap: Quilted maple, carved top. Green stain
Neck: Quilted maple, double mahogany stringers, double acting truss rod with 2 carbon rods either side of truss rod. Finished in natural nitro
Pickups: Double humbuckers with 3 way toggle switching.
Fretboard: Ebony
Tuners: Sperzel, 6 inline
Bridge: Generic locking roller bridge
