C-3PO
C-3PO is made from all Aussie timbers. The piece of wood for the body was found to have a nasty hidden knot which only became apparent on cutting. This led to a revised body shape similar to a Les Paul, but due to its shorter body length it was originally dubbed ‘Les Small’. As the build progressed and the carved cap took on a more sculptured look (and it turned gold) it has been renamed ‘C-3PO’.
